KaBOOM! page

[edit]

Hey Trustcitedonce. Nice job on your expansions at the KaBOOM! page! I started that article, so it's good to see somebody else making excellent contributions there. I noticed, however, that a lot of sourced info from the original article seems to have been removed, such as you can see on the left what was there, and on the right what's there now) information about ESKAL8, the "University of Play" training sessions, and the management policy and HQ stuff. Do you intend to add that stuff back? Or do you think there's any reason it shouldn't be included? — Hunter Kahn (c) 21:26, 17 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Hunter Kahn. No particular reason other than just doesn't seem noteworthy and haven't seen much about ESKAL8 in recent news. Thanks for your interest and your previous work on this. Trustcitedonce (talk) 16:58, 7 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Deretany article

[edit]

Hi! Looks good to me; no need to ask permission on my part.  :) Seriously, it should be good to go. Nice, useful stub with proper references. --PMDrive1061 (talk) 05:53, 25 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks. Much appreciated. I was worried it was too short. Trustcitedonce (talk) 23:11, 25 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hey Trustcitedonce! I don't know if you remember me, but I started the KaBOOM! page. I saw that you created a page about Darell Hammond. I hope you mind, but I nominated it for DYK, which means once approved, it will be featured under the Did You Know section of the Wikipedia main page. It's cool to see that you did that page. Are you at all associated with KaBOOM, out of curiosity? — Hunter Kahn 01:30, 2 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

cool, thanks, Kahn. Yes, I remember you. No I'm not associated with them, just think they do amazing work and when I worked w/ AmeriCorps a long time ago I had heard a lot about the great community service they were doing. Thanks for the nomination. I also wondered how articles got in the DYK section! Cheers Trustcitedonce (talk) 23:38, 5 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

DYK for Darell Hammond

[edit]
Updated DYK query On April 10, 2010, Did you know? was updated with a fact from the article Darell Hammond, which you created or substantially expanded. You are welcome to check how many hits your article got while on the front page (here's how, quick check ) and add it to DYKSTATS if it got over 5,000. If you know of another interesting fact from a recently created article, then please suggest it on the Did you know? talk page.
